if every one was treated and paid well then they wouldnt complain about not gettining treated fairly. an example is the civil rights movement black people were not treated fairly and that caused conflict.when people are given their rights and are heard. we should learne from our past and not make the  same mistake again.culture is a big factor in perspectives.It influences beleives and values.It makes up a persons religion , what they believe,what they listen to,what they think is right or wrong,. another factor is past experience.it helps us learn what not to do again,whats wrong , what to do to fix it,what is good ,and how to continue it.it also makes us learn from the past.
